Job Summary

We are seeking a seasoned Project Controls Manager to join our team at Ernest Gordon Recruitment Limited. As a key member of our organization, you will be responsible for driving project controls excellence and governance in our Submarines division.

Key Responsibilities

  • Implement and oversee governance and processes for project controls, ensuring adherence to best practices and efficient tracking of project progress.
  • Lead teams in managing cost, change, and risk aspects of projects, providing detailed project reports and managing project controls resources to support successful project delivery.
  • Deliver consistent, accurate reporting on project status and forecasts, utilizing project controls tools and methodologies.

Requirements

  • Significant experience in managing complex project controls environments, with expertise in project controls tools and methodologies.
  • Proven leadership in a team-oriented, matrix organization, with excellent communication skills and a collaborative approach.
  • A robust background in project controls, with a strong understanding of project management principles and practices.
