About the Role

Heriot Brown In-House Legal Recruitment is working with a leading reinsurance company to find a talented lawyer to join their EMEA transactional legal team based in London.

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in UK law and at least 5 years of experience gained from a reputable law firm or as a counsel at a multinational organization.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Work on transactions mainly across life & health insurance as well as the Longevity space
  • Provide legal advice, reviewing and negotiating contracts, conducting due diligence, and ensuring compliance with legal standards
  • Develop efficient transactional policies, coordinate international legal issues, manage outside counsel, and deliver internal training
