About the Role

We are looking for a Purchasing Coordinator to support our operations by procuring assigned parts, materials, supplies, equipment, and services. The successful candidate will be responsible for:

  • Coordinating with suppliers to ensure timely deliveries and managing inventory levels.
  • Scanning delivery notes and maintaining accurate records of orders and receipts.
  • Communicating with end-users and suppliers to resolve any issues or concerns.
  • Liaising with internal departments, including warehousing, planning, manufacturing, and logistics, to ensure seamless operations.
  • Tracking order confirmation and deliveries of inbound shipments and reporting on expected ETA's.
  • Supporting the optimization of stocking strategies and ensuring timely payment of invoices.
  • Maintaining accurate records and ensuring compliance with company policies, ISO audits, and financial audits.

To be successful in this role, you will need to have:

  • A technical and analytical background, with a strong understanding of supply chain management principles.
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with suppliers and end-users.
  • Strong organizational skills, with the ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize deadlines.
  • Excellent English language skills, both written and verbal.
  • Able to work independently and as part of a team, with a strong attention to detail and a commitment to quality.
