About the Role:
As an Account Handler, you will be responsible for:
- Providing exceptional customer service to our clients, ensuring their insurance needs are met and exceeded.
- Building strong relationships with clients and insurers to maximize retention levels and drive business growth.
- Managing a portfolio of commercial insurance clients, including renewals, mid-term adjustments, and documentation queries.
- Working closely with our account executives on larger cases to ensure seamless delivery of services.
- Staying up-to-date with industry developments and regulatory changes to provide expert advice to clients.
