Position Overview:
Our client, a prominent player in the Global Manufacturing sector, is seeking a Supply Chain Coordinator.


As a Supply Chain Coordinator, your primary responsibility will be to manage the scheduling of material deliveries from suppliers, ensuring that the required quantities arrive on time to maintain our commitment to customer service.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Ensure that supplier delivery schedules align with production demands and collaborate with suppliers to maintain consistent material availability.
  • Initiate and oversee activities aimed at optimizing inventory levels.
  • Participate in the scheduling and management of materials for onward shipment as necessary.
  • Execute all tasks in accordance with established performance standards.
  • Provide weekly reports on key performance indicators to track progress.
  • Assist the supply chain manager with master scheduling tasks as needed.
  • Utilize strong Microsoft Office skills to support daily operations.
  • Demonstrate experience in Material Planning or a related supply chain role.
Qualifications:
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office, with knowledge of Glovia and SAP being highly advantageous.
  • Willingness to adapt as the role evolves with the implementation of new ERP systems.
