About the Role:

As the Supply Chain Development Lead, you will be responsible for:

  • Driving Improvement Initiatives: Review existing systems and workflows, identify improvement opportunities, and manage development projects from concept to successful implementation.
  • Project Management: Lead and coordinate supply chain development projects, ensuring timely completion and tangible improvements.
  • Administrative Excellence: Oversee specific administrative areas of the supply chain, including supporting Production Planners with ingredient and packaging call-offs and supplier communication.
  • Holiday Cover: Provide essential holiday cover for Production Planners, managing weekly production schedules, ingredient and packaging stock, and maintaining accurate records in the MRP system.

What We're Looking For:

  • Experience:

***Project Management: Lead supply chain development projects, particularly process improvements.

***Drive Process Improvement Initiatives: Review existing systems and workflows, identify improvement opportunities and ways to implement change.

  • Technical Skills: Proficiency in MRP/ERP systems within busy FMCG manufacturing environments, Ability to capture, analyse, and present complex data accurately and logically. Strong planning skills, with an understanding of technical, quality, and labour planning requirements.
  • Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills to convey complex analysis and recommendations clearly.
