The Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and driven individual to join our team as an Internal SME Commercial Sales Executive. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for developing and growing our business strategy by driving the delivery of new key Commercial business sales and consistently meeting personal sales targets.

You will be a self-motivated and independent individual with a proven track record of achieving sales targets. You will have strong communication skills and the ability to form and nurture relationships. Experience in the insurance/financial services sector is preferable but not essential.

We offer a comprehensive training program and a supportive team environment. You will be fully supported in your acquisition of new insurance business and associated products. What We're Looking For
  • A person with a proven track record of achieving sales targets
  • Strong communication skills and the ability to form and nurture relationships
  • Self-motivated and the ability to work independently to develop a pipeline of prospects and drive these through to new sales
  • Experience of the insurance/financial services sector preferable, but not essential
  • Proficiency in the use of Microsoft office and sales support systems
  • Minimum of Grade C/Grade 4 in GCSE Maths and English (or equivalent)
  • Full UK driving license and access to your own car for customer visits
