Warehouse Operative - Forklift

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Warehouse Operative to join our team at a rapidly growing Snacks & Confectionary brand.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Picking and packing goods for production lines, ensuring accurate and efficient stock management.
  • Conducting regular stock checks to maintain inventory levels and product quality.
  • Safely operating manual lifting equipment and handheld scanners to pick pallets.
  • Reporting any discrepancies or issues with stock or equipment.
  • Operating Forklift Counterbalance and Reach Truck vehicles to move and handle goods.

About You:

  • A valid Forklift Counterbalance and Reach Truck licence is essential for this role.
  • A valid UK driver's licence is also required.
  • Proven experience in a warehouse environment, with a focus on health and safety.
  • Excellent organisational and communication skills.
  • Experience in FMCG or food safety is an advantage, but not necessary.
