Key Responsibilities:
- Manage a caseload of insurance litigation files, including elements of commercial litigation, professional indemnity, and property coverage.
- Review files and make assessments on liability and quantum, coverage, and strategy, engaging with insurer clients and their customers throughout the process.
- Work closely with an experienced Partner to progress litigated files to a conclusion, considering issues of coverage, liability, quantum, and strategy.
- Act as a role model within the firm, respected by others internally and externally, with a developed reputation across the firm and an exemplar within your chosen field for excellent performance and delivery.
