Job Title: 3D Technical Director

Job Summary:

Fusion People Ltd is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Technical Director to join our team. As a Technical Director, you will play a pivotal role in shaping and leading a dedicated team of hydraulic modellers and engineers in delivering projects related to water systems and infrastructure.

Key Responsibilities:

• Establish best practices and drive innovation in hydraulic modelling and water systems design
• Contribute to the success of our projects by providing technical support and guidance to the team
• Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, understanding their needs and managing expectations
• Develop and implement Flood Risk Assessments, Flood Alleviation Schemes, and Drainage Strategies on a wide range of schemes
• Manage and deliver projects that meet client requirements, ensuring compliance with relevant laws and regulations

Requirements:

• Degree in Civil, Structural, or Environmental Engineering or equivalent
• Substantial post-qualification experience in hydraulic modelling and water systems design
• Proficiency in engineering software tools, such as Autocad, ArcGIS, and Hydraulic Modelling software
• Deep knowledge of the regulatory system and ability to ensure compliance with relevant laws and regulations
