About the Role

We are seeking a caring and creative Support Worker to join our team at The Birches, a specialist service providing residential support for individuals with mental health needs.

As a Support Worker, you will play a vital role in supporting our residents to learn the skills they need to live a healthier and happier life. You will work closely with our team to provide personal care and participate in activities that promote positive behaviour and well-being.

Previous experience as a Support Worker or Care Assistant is beneficial, but not essential. We are looking for someone with a willingness to learn and a passion for making a real difference to someone's life.
