• Prepare estimates for MEICA projects.
• Effectively manage and oversee tender documentation.
• Establish and maintain a comprehensive project risk register.
• Collaborate with clients to develop detailed and feasible project packages.
• Conduct take-offs from technical drawings and create cost-effective tenders from foundational principles.
• Evaluate and price project risks proficiently.
• Compile tender submission documents and detailed estimating reports.
• Support proposals and contract management processes.
• Maintain consistent communication with both management and site teams.

• A degree in a relevant field or equivalent experience in a comparable position.
• Proven estimating experience in civil engineering projects.
• Experience in estimating for civil and water-related projects.

• Experience with Scottish Water Framework.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel.
• Familiarity with Microsoft Project and Primavera P6 planning software.
