Role Overview
As a full 360 Recruitment Specialist, you will be responsible for supplying temporary or permanent personnel into the Industrial and Commercial sectors through effective business development and marketing strategies, including sales outreach and networking to secure new clients.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Developing strong relationships with clients by understanding their recruitment requirements
  • Managing client accounts
  • Attracting candidates by crafting and posting job advertisements on various online platforms
  • Ongoing account management
Required Skills:
* A minimum of 12 months experience in sales or recruitment is essential.

  • Previous experience in the Industrial or Commercial recruitment sectors is preferred
