Key Responsibilities:

  • Support the Principal by providing an efficient HR Service to all staff.
  • Manage payroll and ensure accurate and timely processing.
  • Conduct relevant employee vetting checks and ensure compliance with regulations.
  • Develop and implement new staff inductions and onboarding processes.
  • Implement and manage the School's Recruitment process, ensuring a fair and transparent approach.

Requirements:

  • CIPD qualified at a minimum of Level 3.
  • Previous experience working within a similar role, preferably in an educational setting.
  • Highly organized with excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Ability to work independently and develop individuals and teams.
