Warehouse Coordinator

In this role, you will assist the Warehouse and Yard Supervisor in ensuring that the goods in/out procedure runs smoothly and efficiently. This is a mixed role, and duties may vary throughout the week, including working in stores, dealing with stock, and interacting with external sales orders and delivery.

• Perform daily cycle counts to ensure inventory accuracy.
• Pick and deliver materials, components, and end products to production or shipping.
• Prepare component kits for production, fill orders, and supplier subcontract parts.
• Utilize technical skills and knowledge in a warehouse environment to optimize operations.
• Prepare items for dispatch and verify paperwork.
• Assist drivers with loading and unloading vehicles and process material and documentation for shipping orders.
• Competently use the business ERP system to manage inventory and operations.
• Apply basic administration skills, including prioritizing workload and dealing with visitors in a professional manner.

• Experience with Oracle (or similar ERP) and Microsoft Office: Excel/Outlook.
• Proficient in using a forklift and counterbalance certificate for unloading and loading vehicles.
• A team player with good communication skills and problem-solving abilities.
