Employment Tax Specialist Opportunity

We are seeking an experienced Employment Tax Specialist to join our team at PRO-TAX RECRUITMENT LIMITED. As an integral part of our employment tax practice, you will play a key role in delivering and developing our employment tax consulting services.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Complex Tax Advice: Draft and provide complex tax advice to clients, ensuring compliance with employment tax regulations and legislation.
  • Employment Tax Advice: Advise clients on all aspects of employment taxes, including employment status, PAYE obligations, National Insurance contributions, expenses, and benefits.
  • PAYE Health Checks: Undertake PAYE health checks and assist clients with PAYE enquiries from HMRC.
  • Compliance Processes: Assist clients with completion of various compliance processes, including P11Ds, PAYE Settlement Agreements, and Short Term Business Visitor reporting.
  • International Tax: Deal with overseas tax queries in conjunction with our international association.
  • Technical Support: Provide technical support to our payroll bureau, HR consulting, and Global mobility teams.
  • Marketing and Business Development: Contribute to marketing and business development activities, including publications and mainstream press features.

Requirements:

  • Strong Employment Taxes Experience: A minimum of [X] years of experience in employment taxes, with a strong understanding of employment tax regulations and legislation.
  • Expatriate Tax Knowledge: Experience in expatriate tax, including share scheme experience.
