Administrative Assistant Job Description

We are seeking an experienced and organized Administrative Assistant to join our team at Burgh Recruitment Ltd (Financial Services). As an Administrative Assistant, you will play a vital role in supporting our team and clients in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.

The Role:
  • Provide administrative support to our team, including managing schedules, coordinating travel arrangements, and preparing reports.
  • Manage and maintain accurate and up-to-date records and databases.
  • Deal with client inquiries and correspondence, providing excellent customer service and resolving issues in a timely manner.
  • Process new business and liaise with SJP admin teams.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients and colleagues.
The Person:
  • Proven work experience as an Administrator or within an office support role.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with clients and colleagues.
  • Strong organizational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office, including Excel, Word, and Outlook.
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information.
