The team concentrates on four primary areas: access & enablement, insights development, operational intelligence, and campaign & communication support. These initiatives aim to establish Data Insights as a pivotal resource for the entire organization.

Your Key Responsibilities:

Report Management and Maintenance:

  • Update and sustain existing Power BI reports and dashboards.
  • Ensure the accuracy of data across all reports.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve performance issues related to reports.

Report and Dashboard Development:

  • Design and implement new Power BI reports based on business needs.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to convert requirements into effective reporting solutions.
  • Apply best practices in report design to enhance user experience.

Data Integration and Modeling:

  • Integrate data from multiple sources into Power BI.
  • Optimize data models for efficient reporting.
  • Write and refine DAX queries for calculations.

Collaboration and Support:

  • Align reporting initiatives with business objectives.
  • Provide training to end-users for effective report utilization.
  • Contribute to process enhancement.

Your Qualifications:

Proficiency in Power BI, data modeling, and DAX is essential. A solid understanding of data warehousing and ETL processes is required, along with experience in SQL for data manipulation. Familiarity with data visualization best practices, strong analytical and problem-solving skills, and effective communication abilities for presenting data insights are crucial. The ability to work both independently and collaboratively, attention to detail, and a commitment to quality reporting are highly valued.
