About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Production Chemist to join our team at Metalchemy, a UK leader in green nanotechnology. As a key member of our production team, you will be responsible for the preparation, formulation, and packaging of our unique gold and silver nanoparticle products.

Key Responsibilities
  • Facilitate the production, packaging, and dispatch of our cosmetics products.
  • Ensure production needs are consistently met and support continuous scale-up optimization.
  • Assist in product development and prototyping, ensuring quality control and compliance with international standards (ISO:9001:2015).
Requirements
  • Advanced degrees (BSc/BEng, Masters) in Chemical Engineering, Biochemical Engineering, Chemistry, or Material Science and related fields.
  • 2-3 years of experience (either academic or professional) in a chemical workspace.
  • Proficiency in Matlab, Python, GAMS, Excel, and other related data analysis tools.
  • Project management and budgeting skills are essential.
