We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Financial Administrator to join our team at NRG. As an Accounts Assistant, you will play a critical role in supporting our finance team in their Newcastle office.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide full administration and invoice support to the finance team, including processing payment invoices through financial software and the bank.
  • Utilize case management software and other office tools, such as Excel and Word, to manage and analyze financial data.
  • Undertake credit control and reconciliation duties, ensuring accurate and timely financial transactions.
  • Process documentation and information, including data inputting, and generate correspondence in response to queries.
