We are currently seeking a Care Assistant to join our team in Stratford-upon-Avon. This is an excellent opportunity to enhance your current skill base and develop your expertise in complex care.

Job Summary

We are looking for a kind and compassionate individual to support a young lady with a spinal cord injury. The successful candidate will have the opportunity to develop their skills in tracheotomy, ventilation, seizure management, and stoma care, among other areas.

The ideal candidate will be a good listener, able to follow instructions, and have a positive attitude. They will also be willing to learn and adapt to the needs of our service users.

Key Responsibilities

Assist the young lady with daily living activities, including personal care and mobility.

Support the young lady in her interests and hobbies, such as exploring rare plants and green spaces.

Develop and maintain a good relationship with the young lady, her family, and other healthcare professionals.

Participate in training and development opportunities to enhance your skills and knowledge in complex care.

No prior experience in complex care is required, as training and support will be provided.
