Middle Office Trade Operations Professional

We are seeking a highly motivated and skilled Trade Operations Specialist with a focus on Rates and FX to join our dynamic trade operations team. The ideal candidate will have 2 to 3 years of experience in middle trade operations, with a basic understanding of Rates and FX products.
Key Responsibilities:
- Process multi-asset trades with a particular focus on Rates and FX, ensuring accuracy and compliance with regulatory standards.
- Utilize trade processing systems for trade processing and settlement.
- Collaborate with the trade operations team to manage daily workflows and resolve any trade discrepancies.
- Navigate between cross-asset operations, demonstrating an understanding of how to prioritize tasks based on asset class and urgency.
- Communicate effectively with internal and external stakeholders to ensure smooth operation of the trade lifecycle.
- Deliver results within tight deadlines and contribute to the team's ability to meet targets and objectives.
Qualifications:
- 2 to 3 years of experience in middle trade operations, with exposure to Rates and FX.
- Familiarity with trade processing systems.
- Proven ability to work in a fast-paced environment and deliver under pressure.
- Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Detail-oriented with a strong emphasis on accuracy and efficiency.
- Ability to work collaboratively within a team and with other departments.
- A proactive approach to problem-solving and process improvement.
