  • Ensure cross-team communication to raise issues, improve processes, and obtain or offer support
  • Manage day-to-day operations and ensure tasks are completed to agreed timelines
  • Produce daily/weekly/monthly reports for management on progress against specific objectives/KPIs
  • Communicate organisation information through department meetings
  • Work with HR to recruit, interview, select, hire, and onboard new employees
Requirements:
  • Previous supervisory experience
  • Able to work under pressure and to tight deadlines
  • A self-starter using initiative to reach goals and solve problems
  • Analytical with great attention to detail
  • A can-do attitude with a proactive mindset
