About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Maximo System Analyst to join our Asset Management Product Tower team at Manchester Airport Group (MAG). As a Maximo System Analyst, you will play a critical role in supporting over 300 Maximo EAM system users and ensuring the optimal functioning of our Maximo environments.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage the administration, configuration, and user support of multiple Maximo MAG Group environments.
  • Provide Maximo system reporting, data auditing, and create reports suites for users and stakeholders.
  • Implement small-scale configuration changes to Maximo EAM / Maximo Application suite.
  • Support project teams implementing larger-scale system changes.
  • Collaborate with the data asset data team to ensure efficient data loading.
  • Develop and update Maximo system documentation, including standards, processes, and training materials.
  • Manage day-to-day system maintenance activities, such as data loads, corrections, and troubleshooting.
Requirements
  • At least 5 years of experience working with IBM Maximo products/solutions.
  • Strong understanding of key Maximo functionality, including Workorders, PMs, Job Plans, Locations, Assets, Meters, SRs, and Service Level Agreements.
  • Maximo query and report writing skills, including Excel VBA, BIRT, SQL, and Business Intelligence (preferably Tableau).
  • Excellent troubleshooting skills, problem analysis, and solution finding.
  • Advanced understanding of general database dependencies and knowledge of change and release management processes.
  • Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
