The Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused Sales Associate to join our team at Calvin Klein in Cheshire Oaks. As a Sales Associate, you will play a key role in delivering exceptional customer service and driving sales growth.

Responsibilities

  • Provide outstanding customer service and ensure high levels of customer satisfaction.
  • Authorise discounts and resolve customer queries in a timely and professional manner.
  • Develop and maintain in-depth product knowledge to provide expert advice to customers.
  • Build and maintain professional relationships with customers to drive repeat business.
  • Assist customers with outfit building and provide recommendations on products.
  • Assess customer needs and provide assistance and information on product features.
  • Contribute to driving store KPIs and suggest ways to improve.
  • Ensure shop and stock room maintenance, presentation, and organisation issues are addressed in an appropriate manner.

Requirements

  • Previous experience in hospitality or retail.
  • Effective communication skills with the ability to build relationships with ease.
  • Team player who recognises and celebrates the contributions and achievements of others.
  • Ability to work well with change and adapt quickly to new situations.
  • Energetic and authentic presence on the shop floor.
  • Approach all issues with a 'can do' attitude and act with initiative to find in-store solutions.
