Job Description

We are seeking a highly skilled and detail-oriented individual to join our team as a Payroll and Financial Services Professional. As a key member of our finance team, you will be responsible for ensuring the accuracy and efficiency of our payroll processes.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Analyzing data for precise reporting and providing constructive feedback as needed
  • Conducting quality checks and ensuring compliance with relevant regulations
  • Providing exceptional customer service and communication skills
  • Working collaboratively with the team to achieve shared goals
  • Developing and maintaining knowledge of payroll systems and processes

Requirements:

  • Strong mathematical background and analytical skills
  • Excellent communication and teamwork skills
  • Ability to work in a hybrid working environment
  • Familiarity with Chris21 or similar payroll systems
  • Experience with pensions, HMRC, and tax-related matters
