Technical Integration Specialist

Spectrum IT Recruitment is seeking a skilled Technical Integration Specialist to join their team. As a key member of the integrations team, you will provide expert technical support to ensure seamless integration of systems and services.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide technical support for integrations teams, handling tasks such as BAU, new builds, and project work.
  • Act as the point of escalation for customer issues, working closely with local and centralised support teams to ensure deadlines and compliance are met.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and resolve technical issues.

Requirements:

  • Strong experience with Linux OS (Debian 11, Ubuntu 24) and Windows Server environments.
  • Knowledge of web servers like IIS, Apache, and Nginx.
  • Understanding of SSL certificates and virtual server platforms.
  • Knowledge of databases (MS SQL, MariaDB, MySQL, Cassandra).
  • Proven 3rd Line Support experience.
