Key Responsibilities
As a Highways Maintenance Supervisor, you will oversee the effective execution and management of kerbing, paving, drainage, and patching projects in the designated area. Your main duties will include:

  • Planning and organizing the workflow to ensure high-quality project delivery.
  • Coordinating with teams to fulfill work orders efficiently.
  • Conducting site inspections and documenting safety observations.
  • Setting performance targets for teams while managing costs to enhance profitability.
  • Ensuring compliance with health and safety standards across all operations.
  • Facilitating the professional development and competency of team members.

Ideal Candidate Profile
The successful candidate for the Highways Maintenance Supervisor role will possess:

  • Essential Qualifications:
    NRSWA Supervisor card, experience in construction and highway works, supervisory experience in highways maintenance, and a valid UK manual driving license with no more than six points.
  • Desirable Qualifications:
    Knowledge of fleet management and an LGV/HGV license.
