Key Responsibilities
- Supply and Dispense Medications
- Supply prescriptions and deliver a range of NHS and private services to customers.
- Provide healthcare advice and guidance to customers.
- Leadership and Team Management
- Support the Pharmacy Manager in leading, training, and developing colleagues.
- Play an active role in our charity support program, providing advice and guidance to people in the community at risk of or living with cancer, heart disease, and diabetes.
- Business Development and Partnerships
- Support the Pharmacy Manager in building relationships with Primary Care Networks and GPs' surgeries.
- Ensure accurate payment claims for NHS-covered items.
Requirements
- Qualifications and Experience
- Pharmacy degree.
- Member of the General Pharmaceutical Council (GPhC) and willing to join the Protecting Vulnerable Groups (PVG) Scheme.
- Skills and Abilities
- Excellent leadership and communication skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize tasks effectively.
