About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Technical Designer to join our design team at Infinity Energy Services. As a Technical Designer, you will play a key role in designing solar systems using PV_SOL and managing the entire customer lifecycle from initial contact and proposal through to system handover to our operations team.

Key Responsibilities
  1. Design and develop solar systems using PV_SOL, ensuring they meet the highest standards of quality and efficiency.
  2. Manage the customer lifecycle, including initial contact, proposal, and system handover, ensuring seamless communication and timely delivery.
  3. Liaise with prospective customers, discussing quotations and educating them on the benefits of solar installation.
  4. Work closely with Sales and Customer Success teams to maintain a seamless customer relationship.

Requirements
  1. A natural relationship-builder with strong verbal and written communication skills.
  2. Passionate about renewable products.
  3. Experience working with domestic customers.
  4. Ability to problem-solve.
  5. Computer literacy.
  6. An electrical or engineering background is preferred.
  7. PV_SOL experience is desirable.
