Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly skilled Multi-Skilled Maintenance Engineer to join our team at Nicholas Associates. As a key member of our industrial manufacturing team, you will be responsible for maintaining and repairing complex equipment and machinery in a fast-paced production environment.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Maintain and repair electrical and mechanical systems, including hydraulic and pneumatic systems
  • Perform routine maintenance tasks, including cleaning and lubricating equipment
  • Diagnose and troubleshoot equipment malfunctions
  • Collaborate with production teams to ensure smooth operation of manufacturing processes
  • Develop and implement maintenance schedules to minimize downtime
Requirements:
  • Proven experience in manufacturing and production environments
  • Electrical bias with 70:30 preference
  • Mechanical bias with experience in hydraulic and pneumatic systems
  • Experience with heater systems and safety systems
  • Single phase and 3 phase supply experience
  • 18th edition certification preferred
Desirable:
  • Knowledge of plastic injection molds and injection process
  • Knowledge of large tonnage injection machines and peripherals
  • Apprentice trained
