Key Responsibilities:- Supervise and delegate tasks to a dedicated team of support workers, ensuring values-based support is delivered to the highest standards.
- Support adults with various conditions, including LD, dementia, mental health, and other physical conditions, on a person-centered basis.
- Administer medication, assist with daily living tasks, and follow care plans.
- Develop and maintain relationships with service users, their families, and other stakeholders.
- Previous experience as a Support Worker, with a strong understanding of values-based support.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Knowledge of mental health and learning disabilities, with a commitment to person-centered support.
- Ability to administer medication and assist with daily living tasks.
- Competitive hourly rate of £12.75.
- 35 hours per week, with various shifts and alternate weekends.
