Role Overview

Key Responsibilities
  • Collaborate with teachers to plan, prepare, and deliver lessons across multiple subjects.
  • Provide tailored support to students, including those with special educational needs (SEN), to ensure they stay engaged and succeed.
  • Lead small group activities and interventions to help students achieve their learning targets.
  • Implement effective behaviour strategies to create a positive and inclusive classroom atmosphere.
  • Track student progress, provide valuable feedback, and contribute to individualized learning plans.
  • Assist with marking, organizing student records, and preparing learning materials.
  • Step in to lead classes when teachers are absent, ensuring seamless learning.

Requirements
  • HLTA qualification or extensive teaching assistant experience.
