Job Title: Asset Planner

Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly skilled Asset Planner to join our team at Strategic Resources European Recruitment Consultants Ltd. As an Asset Planner, you will be responsible for the safe, effective, and efficient development of Turnaround and Major scope plans.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Collaborate with the TAR Team Lead to ensure accurate and aligned TAR duration estimates with the company's Integrated Activity Planning (IAP) process.
  2. Ensure compliance with the clients' TAR Process.
  3. Report plan progress and growth during delivery phases of the milestone tracker.
  4. Manage the CCR/SRR process.

Job Duties/Responsibilities:

  1. Provide planning support to the clients' Asset and the Turnaround Team.
  2. Develop level 4 integrated Turnaround and Major scope plans, including Pre and Post work plans in conjunction with Turnaround Co-ordinators/Sponsors/Operations.
  3. Provide detailed resource plans for POB management.
  4. Produce daily progress reports, productivity reports, and 'S' curves, and revisions of these during Turnaround execution.
  5. Record growth sheet in conjunction with Turnaround coordinators.
  6. Align with the Turnaround materials coordinator on long lead materials and sequencing them accordingly.
  7. Active role in constructability review of key scopes with interface co-ordinator.
  8. Produce SAP 2-3 year look-ahead on PMR's with system condition code 8, 9 only and issue to Turnaround coordinator.
  9. Populate SAP and manage SAP interfaces on behalf of TAR team, including management of the new SAP shut down readiness report and production of graphs with Turnaround coordinator.
  10. Facilitate the change control request (CCR/SRR) process.
  11. Develop the Life of Field TAR plans in conjunction with TAR Team Lead.

Requirements:

Industry/company recognised training in SAP PM module.

Desirable Skills and Experience:

  1. Appropriate level of experience in the oil & gas industry, preferably gained in offshore/onshore support roles with turnaround management exposure.
  2. High level of SAP PM skills and experience desired but not essential (additional training/development will be provided).
  3. Advanced Primavera P6 skills required.
  4. Demonstrable experience of adapting to/dealing with change and the co-ordination of multi-function/discipline teams.
  5. Ability to work using initiative and with minimum supervisory direction.
  6. Sound working knowledge and demonstration of safe working practices.
  7. Appropriate familiarity with quality processes and the application of continuous improvement tools desirable.
  8. Demonstrates highly effective relationship-building internally and externally.
  9. Ability to work in a fast-moving, customer-focused environment whilst maintaining the highest ethical integrity.
  10. Ability to understand and respond effectively to the requirements of diverse groups and operations.
  11. Computer literacy required on Windows based applications.
  12. Livelink and UKMS understanding desirable.
