Qualifications:

  • Relevant qualifications or training in education or a related field are preferred.
  • Previous experience working with children, especially in a primary school context.
  • Experience with children who have Special Educational Needs and Disabilities (SEND).
  • Familiarity with the primary school curriculum and effective teaching methodologies.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Patience, empathy, and a commitment to supporting students' learning and well-being.
  • Ability to adapt and work collaboratively within a team.
  • Commitment to ongoing professional development and learning.
  • A valid DBS that is registered with the update service.
