Operations Team Leader

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Operations Team Leader to lead our Luxury Operations teams in Luxury Packaging and/or Wet/Dry Goods Warehousing. As a champion of continuous improvement, you will focus on delivering right-first-time product quality, zero safety incidents, and full compliance to all required standards and regulations.
Key Responsibilities- Lead and develop Luxury Operations teams to achieve high performance and engagement, meeting key performance indicators while fostering collaboration in line with company values.
- Ensure compliance with Health & Safety, BRC, Environmental, and Customs regulations, and proactively address safety risks.
- Support the development and execution of both the packaging and distribution short and long term plans, aligned with company objectives.
- Ensure product quality meets standards by maintaining compliant processes, equipment, and training.
- Provide support and training to staff, fostering a culture of continuous improvement and addressing skill gaps promptly.

RequirementsTo be successful in this role, you will need to be a self-starter with excellent leadership and communication skills. You will excel in driving team performance, ensuring compliance with all regulations, and maintaining high product quality while making safety a top priority. You will also need to be able to develop and implement both shorter and longer term plans to improve efficiency and reduce costs.
