We are seeking a skilled Upholsterer to join our team at DFS Furniture Ltd. As an Upholsterer, you will be responsible for producing high-quality upholstered products that meet our customers' expectations.
Key Responsibilities:
- To be self-motivated to produce high-quality upholstered products in line with specifications and company standards.
- Ensure all products produced are of the highest quality, ready to be delivered to our customers.
- Prepare frames for upholstery, including adding different foams and fibres, to ensure a perfect finish.
- Use a range of springs to ensure our products are prepared for upholstery, meeting the required standards.
- In some instances, fill cushions and apply fabric to create a comfortable and durable product.
- Collaborate with other teams to ensure seamless production and delivery of products.
Requirements:
- Proven experience in upholstery and a strong understanding of upholstery techniques.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality.
