Job Title: Finance Manager

We are seeking an experienced Finance Manager to join our team on a part-time basis (30 hours per week). The successful candidate will be responsible for managing the day-to-day finance function, including preparing the annual budget, monthly management accounts, and statutory reports.

The Role:
  • Develop and implement financial policies and procedures to ensure robust financial controls are in place.
  • Manage cash forecasts and treasury management of financial assets and reserves.
  • Prepare VAT returns and ensure tax compliance.
  • Ad hoc projects as required.
The Candidate:

We are looking for an experienced accountant with a strong relationship-building and communication skills. You should have a good understanding of IT systems, preferably Sage, and be able to relay financial information to non-finance colleagues.

Candidates with experience in the Arts or Charity sectors are preferred, but qualified by experience candidates with the relevant skills and experience will also be considered.
