We are seeking an experienced Conveyancer to join our vibrant and growing Conveyancing team at The Talent Crowd. As a Conveyancing Specialist, you will be responsible for managing a diverse caseload of residential property transactions, including sales, remortgages, freehold and leasehold transactions, new plot purchases, right to buy, shared ownership, auction properties, and help to buy schemes.

• Handle a varied portfolio of residential property transactions
• Manage a diverse caseload, including sales, remortgages, and other types of transactions
• Work closely with clients to understand their needs and provide expert advice
• Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless transaction processing
