The successful candidate will be responsible for drafting letters and email correspondence, amending documents and maintaining files, arranging meetings for fee earners, and providing cover support to other Patent Administrators.

Key responsibilities include preparing patent applications, using IPT to complete relevant tasks, and preparing invoices and credit notes.

Qualifications include 3-4 years previous experience within IP, a CIPA qualification, exceptional people and relationship building skills, excellent communication skills, and good attention to detail.
