Main Responsibilities
- Branch Management: Oversee the day-to-day operations of the branch, ensuring efficiency, profitability, and exceptional customer care.
- CQC/CIW Compliance: Maintain and ensure the branch operates within CQC/CIW guidelines, holding the necessary registrations.
- Carer Recruitment and Development: Recruit and guide new team members, maintaining and growing carer numbers to meet customer needs.
- Business Growth: Identify and pursue new business opportunities, supporting the commercial growth of the branch.
- Customer Needs: Regularly review branch operations to ensure all customer needs are met, and implement effective solutions.
- Policies and Procedures: Communicate and implement policies and procedures effectively within the branch.
- Staff and Carer Support: Provide training and development opportunities for branch staff and carers.
About You
To succeed in this role, you'll need a level 5 NVQ in Management in care or be willing to work towards achieving this. You'll also require knowledge of regulatory requirements and best practice in line with CQC/CIW guidance, as well as experience working within the care sector at management level. A full UK driving licence and access to your own vehicle are also essential.
