Radiology Administration Assistant

About the Role
We are seeking an enthusiastic and motivated individual to join our busy Radiology Administration team at East Kent Hospitals University NHS Foundation Trust.
Key Responsibilities
- Perform reception duties, including managing patient appointments and waiting lists.
- Provide administrative support for the Radiology Department, including general office duties.
- Use own initiative to manage and prioritize work effectively.
- Communicate effectively with patients, staff, and other stakeholders.
- Maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with discretion.
Requirements
- Good general level of education, including English and Maths at GCSE level C or equivalent.
- Excellent communication and keyboard skills.
- Ability to work flexibly, including weekends and evenings on a rota basis.
