About the Role

The successful candidate will have a proven track record of managing elderly care homes, with a strong focus on quality of care, compliance, and staff management. You will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of the home, including staff supervision, resident care, and administrative tasks.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage and lead a team of care staff to deliver high-quality care and services to residents
  • Ensure compliance with CQC regulations and standards
  • Develop and implement policies and procedures to improve care and service delivery
  • Monitor and evaluate staff performance, providing coaching and training as needed
  • Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless service delivery
Requirements
  • Current Registered Manager qualification
  • Proven experience in managing elderly care homes
  • Strong leadership and management skills
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Nurse qualified (RGN, RMN, RNLD)
