Job Title: Mechanical & Electrical Director

Crescent Specialist Recruitment - CSR NI Ltd is seeking a highly skilled Mechanical & Electrical Director to lead a number of ongoing projects across Northern Ireland and central London.

About the Role:

The successful candidate will be responsible for providing strategic leadership, ensuring project success, and upholding the reputation for excellence. Key responsibilities include:

  • Leading and overseeing all phases of the MEP element in construction and social housing projects, from inception to completion.
  • Cultivating strong and lasting relationships with clients, stakeholders, and partners.
  • Developing and managing project budgets, financial forecasts, and cost controls.
  • Identifying potential risks and challenges, and proactively implementing strategies to mitigate them.
  • Maintaining a strong focus on quality control and assurance.
  • Planning and making decisions to prevent problems and emerging issues.
  • Coordinating and directing the activities of M&E workers and subcontractors.
  • Cultivating and growing the company divisions by mentoring and capturing learning.
Requirements:

The ideal candidate will have:

  • Commercial awareness and budget control experience.
  • Project management skills and staff development experience.
  • Recruitment experience and a strong understanding of the industry.
