About the Role

We are seeking a skilled Maintenance Engineer to join our team at our Telford site. As a key member of our Engineering department, you will play a vital part in supporting our business and facilities operations.

Key Responsibilities
  • Support the department with maintenance activities, including PPM and corrective work
  • Assist in machine issue rectification and LOLER & PUWER compliance activities
  • Perform general repairs to buildings, including lighting, drains, and toilets
  • Manage contractors and ensure compliance with safety protocols
  • Provide solutions that meet business needs and optimize resources

Requirements
  • Qualified craftsperson with certification (ONC/HNC/HND - Mech, Elec, multi-skilled)
  • Experience working in a maintenance environment and managing contractors
  • CMMS experience and prior experience working in an FMCG environment
  • Interpersonal skills to adapt to a diverse group of employees, customers, and suppliers
