- Project Coordination: Act as the primary point of contact between the client and the project team, ensuring seamless communication and collaboration.
- Project Planning: Develop and implement project plans, including timelines, budgets, and resource allocation.
- Team Management: Lead and manage project teams, providing guidance, support, and direction to ensure project objectives are met.
- Risk Management: Identify, assess, and mitigate project risks, ensuring the project stays on track and within budget.
- Quality Assurance: Ensure projects are delivered to the highest standards, meeting client expectations and requirements.
- Financial Management: Manage project finances, including budgeting, forecasting, and cost control.
- Reporting and Communication: Provide regular project updates to stakeholders, including clients, team members, and senior management.
Requirements:
- Experience: Minimum of 2 years of experience in project management, preferably in the transmission and distribution industry.
- Education: Bachelor's degree in a relevant field, such as engineering, production, or maintenance.
- Skills: Excellent communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills, with the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Knowledge: Understanding of HSE regulations, work packages, basic budgeting, and contracts.
Working Conditions:
- Location: Site-based in Kent.
- Working Hours: Monday to Friday.
- Contract Type: 6-12 month contract, depending on the project's progress.
