Job Title: Aftersales Applications Engineer

Fusion Resources Ltd is seeking a highly skilled Aftersales Applications Engineer to join our team. As a key member of our technical sales team, you will be responsible for providing technical support to managers throughout the delivery of projects, supporting sales with technical information and pricing of products, and providing routine and on-demand customer support.

Key Responsibilities:
  1. Translate client requirements and specifications into costed technical proposals, including commercial offers, technical specifications, and data sheets.
  2. Produce cost make-ups and price make-ups to reflect client requirements.
  3. Support sales in negotiating acceptable pricing, technical details, commercial terms, and conditions with clients.
  4. Undertake tendering activities, including site surveys and client meetings.
  5. Communicate effectively to hand over successful project orders to Contracts, Engineering, and Manufacturing teams.
  6. Provide technical support to Project/Contracts Managers throughout project delivery to ensure successful conclusion and maximum profitability.
  7. Undertake other tasks as directed by the Head of Technical Sales.
Requirements:
  1. HND/HNC engineering qualification.
  2. Ability to understand technical drawings.
  3. High level of IT literacy and experience with spreadsheets and word processing.
  4. Experience and good competency in presenting.
  5. Well-organised and driven individual.
  6. Natural team player.
  7. Full driving licence.
