Project Manager/Contracts Manager Opportunity

We are working with a leading construction company in Portadown, Northern Ireland, to find an experienced Project Manager/Contracts Manager to join their team.

About the Role

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in project management and contracts, with experience in NI Social Housing Contracts and working with M3NHF Schedule of rates.

Key responsibilities will include:

  • Managing projects from start to finish, ensuring timely completion and within budget
  • Developing and maintaining strong relationships with clients and stakeholders
  • Coordinating with cross-functional teams to achieve project goals
  • Ensuring compliance with company policies and procedures
