Job Summary

We are seeking a highly experienced Senior Construction Manager to join our team at Kier Group. The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing the redevelopment project at Devonport Dockyard Naval Base.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement project plans, ensuring timely and cost-effective completion.
  • Coordinate and manage site works, ensuring compliance with relevant project plans, design drawings, and specifications.
  • Support the Project Manager in defining efficient planning methodologies and resource allocation.
  • Manage and supervise a team of site staff, including General Foremen, Foremen, and Site Supervisors.
  • Ensure adherence to safety protocols and risk assessments.
Requirements
  • HNC (Construction related) or Level 6 NVQ Construction Site Management.
  • Gold Supervisors or Black Managers Construction Skills Certification Scheme (CSCS) card.
  • Site Manager Safety Training Scheme (SMSTS).
