Customer Service Team Lead

We are seeking a highly skilled Contact Centre Supervisor to lead our customer service team within Vistry Services Division. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for improving the way we handle customer enquiries and delivering exceptional customer satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and manage a team of customer service representatives to ensure excellent customer service delivery.
- Develop and implement effective customer service strategies to improve customer satisfaction and loyalty.
- Monitor and analyze customer feedback to identify areas for improvement and implement changes as needed.
- Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless customer service delivery across the organization.
Requirements:
- Proven experience in customer service leadership or management.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to analyze data and make informed decisions.
- Strong problem-solving and conflict resolution skills.
